| The incumbent will have project management responsibility for factory support and other engineering related projects or sub-projects within functional discipline, making significant contributions to the team by applying their knowledge of the discipline. Good organization and problem-solving skills are critical components of this position.
Incumbent's responsibilities will generally focus on one or more of the following: • General engineering disciplines • Refrigeration system and coil design • Material science • Air systems design • Controls and Electrical design • Engineering accounting/finance • Project/Engineering Management • Program Management Job Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering w/4-7 + years experience • MS/MBA is a plus • 2 to 5 years of HVAC or related engineering work experience • Demonstrate and develop a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of HVAC, root cause analysis, lab testing procedures, problem solving and reporting • Experienced in the use of electrical test instruments and procedures • Knowledgeable in electronic controls and DDC systems • Possess ability to work with minimal guidance on projects with short-term and long term focus • Follow up solutions through production implementation • Excel, Word, Access, Mini-Tab experience • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
