- The Technology Leaders will provide coaching, training and help develop the Maintenance Team Leader and Maintenance Technicians as well as other members of the Leadership Team and Plant Partners. - Routinely offers performance feedback and administers Performance Management Appraisals as required - Provides leadership and expertise to functional teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives, projects and project planning - Communicates tactical and strategic plans/initiatives to Partners that typically impacts Maintenance Team Members/Plant - Review performance expectations and improvement plans as needed for the maintenance team and for the Snack Plant - Ensures that the facility and equipment comply with OSHA VPP safety std. SQF std. GMP std. and all local, state and federal regulations - Ensures compliance with environmental OSHA and Texas Department of Health regulatory agencies - Coordinates with the Operation Leaders to establish and maintain equipment and facility standards - Ensure that facility and processes support Partner safety. - Creates, executes and audits the Preventative & Predictive Maintenance Program to improve and move towards a total plant maintenance concept - Serves as a liaison with Own Brand and R&D during the design of product improvement providing technical support and plant capability information - Provides direction and coordinates with Facility Services to address building and ammonia refrigeration requirements - Leads or participates in the design and implementation of Capital Projects for the purpose of adding new capabilities, maintaining existing capabilities, improving safety or quality or reduction cost of the operation - Controls the expenditures for parts, supplies and services - Involves appropriate others and rapidly handles critical situations; provides feedback to the appropriate Leader - Ensures area budget, schedule, and performance objectives are met
