Requirements*

" BS in Chemical Engineering.

" Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Refinery/Petrochemical Engineering.

" Experience in Technical Support and design of small projects.

" Experience with unit startups and shutdowns as well as turnarounds.

" Must be able to direct and check the efforts of contract engineers.

" Experience in Process Control helpful.

" Experience with simulation software helpful.

" Able to specify through data sheets new equipment of all types required for project implementation.

" Able to develop PFDs and P&IDs

" Able to evaluate hydraulic systems.

" Able to evaluate HAZOP concerns.

" Must be technically competent, demonstrate commitment, excellence in oral/written communications, and have strong time management skills.

" MS Office and SAP skills a plus
