• Responsible for design & development of large commercial rooftop and split systems products and/or several sub functions of a large complex project, including includes refrigeration system, gas and electric heat systems.
• Provide leadership and co-ordination of design team made up of engineers, designers, lab technicians and model makers
• Work with integrated design team of manufacturing and quality to develop cost effective, easy to manufacture and reliable product.

Education Requirements:

• Required: BS degree In Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5 to 10 years experience
• Preferred: MS in Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience

Experience/Qualifications:

• Knowledge & experience with the design and qualification of refrigeration systems, fan systems, control systems and sheet metal cabinet design
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Demonstrated creativity in new product design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required with the ability to interact in cross functional team of engineering, manufacturing and marketing
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools
